  • EtherCAT Solution

    Advantech’s EtherCAT solution, includes master cards and slave modules, to precisely synchronize the motion of multiple-axis and deliver high speed data via an enhanced I/O capability. EtherCAT Servo drives and an Advantech ADAM-5000/ECAT I/O system with multiple DIO and AIO slave modules can be directly connected to the PCI-1203, master card, to communicate in real-time using the EtherCAT protocol.

  • Vision System

    Advantech machine vision is a fully integrated vision system in a compact “smart” camera format. Machine vision systems are able to be configured and monitored remotely using an Ethernet connection to a PC or factory network. Small and rugged devices can be easily integrated into existing production lines, machinery, or moving equipment. Advantech machine vision with built-in opto-isolated I/O allows direct wiring to associated control devices. A 10/100 BaseTBase-T Ethernet port provides setup and monitoring access, runtime control, and standard communication protocols and passive Power over Ethernet (PoE) supports single cable interface.     • VPS-3100

      Advantech VPS-3100 is a rugged and compact embedded vision system equipped with Intel® N3160 4 cores Braswell processor. The GoE feature significantly off-loads the GigE Vision protocols into dedicated co-processor which reconstructing the image. Two independent Gigabit Ethernet ports for multiple GigE Vision device connections with data transfer rates up to 2.0 Gb/s offer greatly enhanced computing power and connectivity with minimal footprint.       The Advantech Quartz industrial camera series have between 0.3-10.0 mega pixel CCDs and include ultra-fast speeds and a high level of technology in a very small form factor.     • PCIE-1172

  • Distributed Motion Control Solution

    The AMONet RS-485 series of distributed motion control products are categorized as Slave Modules and Master Cards. The AMAX-1220/1240/2240 series are used to increase the number of axes for distributed motion control networks; the AMAX-1750/2750 series extend the digital I/O capacity, each digital input module reduces wiring between driver and controller. The Master Card is installed in the host PC, the PCI-1202U and the PCM-3202P master cards collect and publish the information to the host PC. The advantage of the AMONet RS-485 is its compatibility with motor drivers from different vendors such as Panasonic, Mitsubishi and Yaskawa. Thus, the AMONet is engineered to tackle the problems of increased spending on wiring and maintenance of these distributed motion control systems.

    • AMAX-1220

      AMAX-1220 and AMAX-1240 have compact open frame designs for horizontal placement and an interface connector mounted on the board. With a transfer cable to servo drive, both models can conveniently connect to Mitsubishi J3, Yaskwa Sigma V and Panasonic A4/A5. The AMAX-1220 is an economic 2-axis AMONet slave module which supports motion functionality in point-to-point (PTP), linear & circular interpolation, simultaneously start/stop among multiple slave modules, and brake signal to servo for emergence consideration. The AMAX-1240 is an advanced 4-axis AMONet slave module which not only supports AMAX-1220 motion functionality, but also supports advanced features in position compare and triggering function. Both linear interval and table setups are supported.
    • AMAX-1240

      AMAX-1220 and AMAX-1240 have compact open frame designs for horizontal placement and an interface connector mounted on the board. With a transfer cable to servo drive, both models can conveniently connect to Mitsubishi J3, Yaskwa Sigma V and Panasonic A4/A5.     • PCM-3202P

      PCM-3202P is a PCI/104+ interface card which supports two AMONet RS-485 master rings, and transfers data between host and slaves directly without the need for further intervention. Each ring can control up to 2,048 I/O points, 256 axes, or a combination of I/O points and axes for motion control. The ring can support a transfer rate of up to 20 Mbps transfer rate and a maximum communication distance of up to 100 meters. <br><br> The communication between master and slave is based on a customized RS-485 solution that saves wires, covers a long distance, supports high-speed communication and has time-deterministic features. The communication interface between master and host PC is accomplished by memory mapping. Various functions can be chosen on the slave modules, and standard industrial DIN-rail mounting design makes it easy to distribute them in the field. The master collects information from the slave modules and publishes the information to the host PC.
  • DIN-rail Terminal Boards

    A DIN-rail terminal board is a wiring board with dedicated connectors for the motors of Panasonic Minas A series, Mitsubishi MR-J2S series and Yaskawa Sigma 2 series. This terminal board can save time and effort of wiring. Each ADAM-3900 series wiring board features DIN-rail mounting terminals and consists of universal screw terminal modules designed for field signal wiring in industrial applications. Besides, DIN-rail terminal board can be connected to the analog and digital ports of Advantech products such as the PCL series.

    • ADAM-3956

      The ADAM-3956 terminal board provides convenient and reliable signal wiring for PCI-1240/1245/1245E/1245V/1245L/1265/1285/1285E with 100-pin SCSI connector. Its D-SUB 26P type connectors give you the quick and easy way to connect to the Panasonic A5/MINAS A , Yaskawa Sigma 5 , Mitsubishi J3S and Delta A2 servo motors.
    • ADAM-3955

      The ADAM-3900 series consists of universal screw terminal modules designed for field signal wiring in industrial applications. They can be connected to the analog and digital ports of Advantech products such as the PCL series.
